Current terms and conditions for Leah Jennings Photography.
By booking and paying the deposit you agree to the following terms and conditions (please ensure you read the terms and conditions prior booking your session):
1. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Client may reschedule with at least 2 days notice.
If Client cancels, the retainer is non-refundable.
If Photographer cannot perform due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, all fees paid (including retainer) will be refunded, and Photographer will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement.
2. Copyright & Usage
Photographer retains copyright to all images.
Client receives for personal use only (printing, sharing on social media, etc.).
Commercial use, resale, or editing by Client is prohibited without written consent.
Photographer may use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless Client opts out.
3. Editing & Delivery
Photographer will deliver the final edited images within 2 weeks of the event/session.
Photographer’s editing style is final; no RAW/unprocessed files will be provided.
Additional edits beyond the agreed deliverables may be charged.
4. Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, accident, or unforeseen circumstances preventing full coverage, Photographer’s liability is limited to a full refund of all fees paid.
Photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to lateness, restrictions at the venue, weather, or interference from guests/vendors.
Client assumes full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of any participants, children, or pets during the session.
Photographer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained by Client, Client’s guests, or property during the course of photography services.
5. Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
This Agreement is the entire understanding between both parties and supersedes prior discussions.
